The lowered prices across 62 asda free from products went live in store and online from monday 12 october.There are some fantastic supermarket own gluten free alternative to crunchy nut cornflakes which i have listed below.These cereals are found in the normalâ cereal section of uk supermarkets and although include ‘barley malt extract’ in their ingredients, they contain a low enough level of gluten that theyâ keepâ within theâ codex standard of what they consider to be a safe amount for those of us with coeliac disease to consume.They're not the worst frosted flakes on the market, but 8.6g per 30g is still notably high.
